Miss Mila Fokas was born in Nis, Serbia. Miss Fokas has been studying classical guitar, piano, voice and theory for over twenty years. She graduated with Post Graduate Diploma from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in Wales, under the guidance of renowned guitarists John Mills and Christopher Stell.
Mila performed at the master classes conducted by such celebrated artists such as David Russel, Antigoni Goni, David Leisner, Pavel Steidl, Eli Kassner, and Kai Nieminen. In 2011, Miss Fokas undertook private piano training with Dianne Werner.
Ms Fokas currently works as a Music Teacher on private basis and as a Special Needs Assistant for Toronto District School Board. Ms Fokas has been teaching music to the children diagnosed with autism from 2011. Ms Fokas has been working as a Music Therapist for organisations such as: Kerry's Place, Multiple Sclerosis Society, and as well for speech therapists teaching music to the children with brain damage.
